University of Nevada, Las Vegas recently issued the following announcement.
Jason Flatt (Social and Behavioral Health) co-authored a paper with colleagues, “Consideration of sex and gender in Alzheimer's disease and related disorders from a global perspective,” in the journal Alzheimer’s & Dementia. This was a collaboration as part of his involvement in the Alzheimer's Association International Society to Advance Alzheimer's Research and Treatment (ISTAART) and the Diversity and Disparity Professional Interest Area Sex and Gender Special Interest Group.
